Any information we collect through this website will be kept confidential. Go Upstream will not sell, rent or disclose any information that we collect to third parties. We will not use it for purposes such as unsolicited mailings.

Information that we collect

We use a contact form on this site to enable people to get in touch with us. This sends an email to Go Upstream and no personal information is stored on the website. We use Gmail which encrypts email traffic. We will only use the information you send us to respond to your message, to start a conversation.

We use a third-party service, Squarespace, to host our website.Through this service, we collect anonymous information about which pages you visited, where you visited from (your IP address), when you visited and which  browser and type of device you used.

We do this using cookies - these are small pieces of data that are placed on your computer to allow us to see how you use our website.

These don’t collect or store any personal data but they do help us to work out what’s useful, and what isn’t, so that we can improve the information we provide.

Accessing your data

You have the right to ask for details about the personal information that Go Upstream holds about you and for inaccuracies to be corrected.  A request can be made verbally or in writing to the address below or by using our contact form. We will respond to a request within one calendar month of receiving it, free of charge.
